How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 425 then place fish on greased baking sheet.
  • Brush with 2 tablespoons of the olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  • Combine bread crumbs, onion, cilantro, zest, cumin, cardamom and red pepper flakes.
  • Stir in remaining olive oil then divide mixture over top of fish fillets.
  • Bake until fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork about 12 minutes.
