Walnut filling for Cookies or strudel hungarian

- 1/2 pound of freshly ground walnuts (finely) shopping list
- 1 cup of sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup of boiled milk shopping list
- 1/8 cup melted butter shopping list
How to make it
- Mix filling in bowl using only 1/4 cup of boiled milk, It should be thick.
- If not spreadable use the rest of milk.
- Use for filling Kipfils, Kalachki, or Cream cheese cookies.
- Can be stored in freezer. Keeps well.
