Ingredients
- 2 egg yolks shopping list
- 1/4 cup sugar shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. salt shopping list
- Gradually add 1 lb. (2 cups) dry cottage cheese shopping list
- Mix into cheese mix: shopping list
- 1/4 cup of raisins or more if desired shopping list
- 1 tsp. lemon juice shopping list
- 1/2 tap. fresh grated lemon zest shopping list
How to make it
- In a large bowl combine all the above.
- Spread over butter dribbled dough before rolling up strudels.
- For Cookies, Kipfels, Palacinta, cut recipe in half.
- Spoon a teaspoon full on dough before baking cookie or rolling kipfels.
