Ingredients

How to make it

  • Dissolve and make jelly as per directions on the packet
  • Place canned, drained fruit in the bottom of a rectangular glass dish.
  • Pour the dissolved and mixed jelly over, just covering the fruit.
  • Place in fridge until set.
  • Cut swissroll into even slices.
  • Place on top of jelly and fruit.
  • Using a spoon, pour some syrup of the fruit over swissroll.
  • Put the custard on top of the swissroll and spread even.
  • Put the whipped cream over.
  • Sprinkle nuts over all.
  • Place in fridge until needed.

Place in dish   Close
dissolve jelly   Close
Pour jelly over fruit   Close
After set, place swissroll   Close
Pour custard over   Close
Put whipped cream on top   Close
Smooth out   Close
