Chinese Cabbage and Peanut Slaw

- 6 tablespoons rice wine vinegar shopping list
- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- 3/4 cup peanut oil shopping list
- 1 small head napa cabbage cored and cut into wide shreds shopping list
- 2 medium carrots grated shopping list
- 2 green onions finely chopped shopping list
- 1/2 cup unsalted peanuts coarsely chopped shopping list
How to make it
- In large bowl whisk together vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper.
- Gradually whisk in the oil until combined.
- Add cabbage, carrots and green onions then toss well.
