This wonderful dish is great on a summer day!

Ingredients
  • 2 c. of strawberries
  • 1 tsp. of granulated sugar
  • 1 c.of buttermilk

Directions
  1. First you blend strawberries and buttermilk into a blender or food processor and puree.
  2. Next you can sweeten with sugar to taste
  3. Blend some more and either serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator.
