Toffee Pecans

- 1 c. sugar shopping list
- 1 stick butter, melted shopping list
- 8 T. corn syrup shopping list
- 5 T. cinnamon shopping list
- 1 t. salt shopping list
- 1 t. nutmeg shopping list
- 8 c. pecan halves shopping list
- additional salt to sprinkle shopping list
How to make it
- In large bowl, mix sugar, butter, cornsyrup, cinnamon, salt and nutmet. Add nuts, toss to coat. Transfer to your largest baking sheet with sides.
- Bake at 300 for 1 1/2 hours stirring ever 15 minutes. Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle with additional salt to taste. Cool. Store in airtight container.
