How to make it

  • In large bowl, mix sugar, butter, cornsyrup, cinnamon, salt and nutmet. Add nuts, toss to coat. Transfer to your largest baking sheet with sides.
  • Bake at 300 for 1 1/2 hours stirring ever 15 minutes. Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle with additional salt to taste. Cool. Store in airtight container.
