- Ingredients: shopping list
- 2 cups watercress, stems removed shopping list
- 8 fresh or canned pineapple rings, halved shopping list
- 2 oranges, peeled and sliced crosswise shopping list
- 1 ½ cups cantaloupe chunks shopping list
- ¼ cup sliced green onions or 1 small sweet onions, chopped shopping list
- lime Dressing: shopping list
- ¼ cup canola oil shopping list
- 2 Tbs. lime juice shopping list
- 1 Tbs. sugar shopping list
- ¼ tsp. hot pepper sauce shopping list
- 1 Tbs. sour cream ( Light ) shopping list
How to make it
- On individual plates, arrange watercress, pineapple, and oranges. Top with cantaloupe and onions. In a small bowl, whisk oil, lime juice, sugar and hot pepper sauce until sugar is dissolved. Stir in sour cream. Serve with salads. Yield: 4 servings.
