Ine Gartens Sundried Tomato Dip

- 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil, drained and chopped (8 tomatoes) shopping list
- 8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature shopping list
- 1/2 cup sour cream shopping list
- 1/2 cup good mayonnaise shopping list
- 10 dashes, hot red pepper sauce shopping list
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt shopping list
- 3/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- 2 scallions, thinly sliced (white and green parts) shopping list
How to make it
- Puree the tomatoes, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, red pepper sauce, salt and pepper in a food processor fitted with a metal blade. Add the scallions and pulse twice. Serve at room temperature

This IS delicious and so easy to make. I have made it a few times over the years. My bf's mom was the one to make it first. We all love it, especially with crisp breadsticks :-)
