Ingredients
  • 2 Cups bisquick baking mix
  • 6 slices Bacon
  • 2/3 Cup Milk
  • 1/2 Cup Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese (I use cracker barrel because of its awesome flavor.)
  • 1/4 Cup Pepper Jack Cheese
  • 1/4 Cup Butter or Margarine (melted)
  • 2 Tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder

Directions
  1. Cook your bacon, pat dry and crumble into tiny pieces.
  2. Mix Bisquick, Milk, Cheeses, Bacon crumble, and minced garlic until a soft dough forms stirring quickly for a good 30-60 seconds
  3. Drop your dough using a spoon onto an ungreased cookie sheet a few inches apart.
  4. Bake 8-10 minutes or until golden brown
  5. Melt your butter or margarine then mix in your garlic powder
  6. Remove your biscuits from the oven & immediately bush the tops with the melted butter mixture before removing from cookie sheet
  7. Serve nice & warm!

These biscuits were a hit! I halved the recipe, which my husband quickly informed me not to ever do again. There just wasn't enough that way!
