Ingredients

How to make it

  • Cream butter then add sugar and beat until fluffy.
  • Add egg and yolks one at a time beating well after each addition then beat in vanilla and rind.
  • Sift together cornstarch, flour, baking powder and salt then add to wet mixture and mix well.
  • Drop batter by small spoonfuls onto well buttered baking sheet.
  • Bake at 350 for 15 minutes then remove immediately.

    I had to make an Argentinian recipe for Spanish class and this was the easiest one I could find. As a very inexperienced baker, I wasn't sure what to expect, but these were delicious!! I will definitely make them again sometime :)
