How to make it

  • Spray the inside of each cup of a six cup muffin pan with non=stick cooking spray
  • set aside
  • In a medium size mixing bowl,whisk togethher he eggs,milk,cinnamon,vanilla,nutmeg.
  • Cut a slit in the corner of each slice of bread from the middle of slice to the edge.
  • Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture
  • lightly press each into a cup of the muffin in without tearing.
  • Bake the French Toast cups for 12-14 mintes,until light golden brown.
  • allowthe cups to cool slightly,in the muffin tin before removing them.
  • To serve,arrange the cups onto a platter and fill each one with the fresh fruit.
  • Top with the freshly whipped cream.
  • Yum!
