Fructose Friendly Baked Fish

- 6 fish fillets shopping list
- 1/4 cup wheat free brown rice free flour shopping list
- 2 tablespoons olive oil shopping list
- sauce shopping list
- 1 teaspoon minced ginger shopping list
- 1 teaspoon minced coriander shopping list
- 1 teaspoon chopped lemongrass shopping list
- 1 bell chillie (remove seeds and chop finely) shopping list
- 1 tablespoon olive oil shopping list
- 1 tablespoon lime juice shopping list
- (all ingredients add to own taste above is just a guide) shopping list
How to make it
- Roll fish in flour. Cook in frypan of oil just long enough to seal it. Remove to plate.
- Mix all ingredients of sauce in small bowl. Line baking dish with alfoil enough to fold over fish.
- Place fish in baking dish and drizzle sauce over fish.
- Bake at 200C for 30mins.
- Serve on bed or rice with green spring onions to garnish.
- Also if you want some veg with it then steam some fructose friendly vegies and mix in with rice to serve.
