- 1 skillet- non stick shopping list
- or???? shopping list
- 1/2 med onion shopping list
- small can diced tomatoes shopping list
- pinch ( big ) dried mex oregano shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt/ pepper shopping list
- if you have a small pepper ( jalapeno) chopped shopping list
- 2 spalshes chick broth ( water is ok) ( eyeball it) shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic chopped rough shopping list
- 8-9 corn tortillias shopping list
- 2.00$ block of monterey jack or mexican cheese shopping list
- good splash of cooking oil in pan shopping list
- 1 lime shopping list
- 1/2 small bunch cilantro if you have it shopping list
- 15 minutes or so shopping list
How to make it
- low heat brown tortillias easy in oil
- onion saute up w/garlic
- add broth/tomatoes spices,pepper
- reduce 5-8 minutes low covered
- then..................................................
- put in a 400 oven -no lid w/ cheese sliced
- 5-7 minutes
- take out add cilantro pinch of salt/pepper
- serve--------------------------------olay! enjoy amigos
- hot sauce......small mex....beer
- or strong coffee to finish
- the house will make you feel like your in an old mexican shack
