  • low heat brown tortillias easy in oil
  • onion saute up w/garlic
  • add broth/tomatoes spices,pepper
  • reduce 5-8 minutes low covered
  • then..................................................
  • put in a 400 oven -no lid w/ cheese sliced
  • 5-7 minutes
  • take out add cilantro pinch of salt/pepper
  • serve--------------------------------olay! enjoy amigos
  • hot sauce......small mex....beer
  • or strong coffee to finish
  • the house will make you feel like your in an old mexican shack

    I prefer menudo as a hangover cure, even though it takes about seven hours to cook, you can make it the day before you go out and just reheat it when you come back the next morning. Ha, ha, ha

    Besides, Menudo taste even better after re-heating since the flavor will have concentrated more.

    It is often thought of as a cure for a hangover since it tends to instigate sweating, causing the body to release toxins. Although, it is believed that spicy foods help in the recovery process from a hangover, others think greasy breakfast foods do the same thing...

    I will stick with the soups.
