Zucchini Ham Bake Recipe

Ingredients

4 cups thinly sliced zucchini

1 cup sliced mushrooms

1/2 cup tinned crunchy onion rings

1 garlic clove, minced

1 tsp Italian seasoning herb blend

1 egg, beaten

2/3 cup Miracle Whip salad dressing

1/2 cup sour cream

1 Tbsp flour

2 cups chopped leftover ham (or canned)

1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 350F.

In a large bowl, combine zucchini, mushrooms, onions, garlic and seasoning; mix lightly.

In a separate small bowl, combine egg, salad dressing, sour cream and flour, mixing until well blended.

In a greased 9"x12" baking dish, layer half the vegetable mixture. Spread half the dressing mixture over top. Sprinkle with half the chopped ham and half the shredded cheese. Repeat layers.

Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes or until heated and bubbly.
