Chickpea Tacos

- 2 cups cooked or canned chickpeas shopping list
- 1 tablespoon chili powder (or to taste) shopping list
- 1 tablespoon crushed garlic (or to taste) shopping list
- 1 teaspoon onion powder shopping list
- 1 cup lettuce, chopped shopping list
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped shopping list
- 1/4 cup hot salsa shopping list
- 6 corn taco shells shopping list
- hot sauce to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Partially mash chickpeas in saucepan over medium heat.
- Stir in chili powder, garlic, onion powder and hot sauce and heat through.
- Spoon mixture into taco shells, topping each with lettuce, onion, salsa and, if desired, more hot sauce.
- Serve warm.
