How to make it

  • add yeast to milk and dissolve
  • add eggs to mix then
  • pour into sifted flour
  • combine to make a smooth paste
  • fold in egg whites and leave for twenty minutes
  • knock mix back if needed and spoon into a hot pan of oil (not too much)
  • and fry until golden brown.
