peanut butter cheesecake

- 2 jars of peanut butter shopping list
- 400g mascapone cheese shopping list
- 200 g caster sugar shopping list
- 4 leaves geleatine melted with two tablespoons water shopping list
- 3 egg whites (soft peak) shopping list
- 400 ml double cream (soft peak) shopping list
- 2 packs digestives crushed add butter to make a base over a slow heat. shopping list
How to make it
- combine peanut butter with mascapone cheese cream together till smooth
- then add the sugar and lastly add cream.
- quickly add melted gelatine with a little warm water (helps to slow down the setting ) fold in carefully the egg whites pour into 12" round cheesecake tin with the chilled biscuit base
