  • combine peanut butter with mascapone cheese cream together till smooth
  • then add the sugar and lastly add cream.
  • quickly add melted gelatine with a little warm water (helps to slow down the setting ) fold in carefully the egg whites pour into 12" round cheesecake tin with the chilled biscuit base

    a wholemeal english biscuit .....just use wholemeal biscuit crumbs
