How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • In a bowl combine gingersnaps, sugar, butter and cinnamon. Mix well. Press into an 8 or 9 inch pie plate.
  • Bake crust for 7 minutes. Allow to cool completely before adding filling. If your recipe requires an unbaked pie shell chill for 1 hour.
