Gingersnap Pie Crust

- 1 1/2c Crushed gingersnaps (make sure they are very finely crushed) shopping list
- 1/3 c Granulated sugar shopping list
- 6 T butter, Melted shopping list
- 1/2 t cinnamon shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- In a bowl combine gingersnaps, sugar, butter and cinnamon. Mix well. Press into an 8 or 9 inch pie plate.
- Bake crust for 7 minutes. Allow to cool completely before adding filling. If your recipe requires an unbaked pie shell chill for 1 hour.
