Spiced Baked Potatoes

These baked potatoes browned in butter and pumpkin pe spice are delicious. They go well with pork especially. Friend made them with a pork dinner for us. Yummy!
Ingredients
- 4 russet potatoes shopping list
- 1-2 Tbs butter shopping list
- 1/2-1 tsp pumpkin pie spice shopping list
How to make it
- Bake the potatoes at 400-425 degrees for an hour. Cut in half lengthwise. Melt butter and sprinkle potatoes with pumpkin pie spice. Saute till potatoes are browned.
