Ham and cheeze egg bake

- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheeze shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups Mozzarella cheeze shopping list
- 1/2 pound sliced mushrooms shopping list
- 6 green onoins sliced shopping list
- 1 medium red pepper chopped shopping list
- 2 TBSP butter shopping list
- 1 3/4 cup fully cooked ham shopping list
- 1/4 cup flour shopping list
- 8 eggs shopping list
- 1 3/4 cup milk shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Combine the cheeze
- sprinkle into a 13x9 pan (Greased)
- in a large skillet, saute the mushrooms, onions and red peppers in butter
- stir in ham
- spoon over the cheeze
- In a bowl, combine the flour, eggs,milk , salt, pepper.
- Pour over mixture, cover, and refriderate overnight
- remove from the fridge 30 minutes before baking
- Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes
- let stand 5 mins
- serve with crispy toast
