How to make it

  • Combine the cheeze
  • sprinkle into a 13x9 pan (Greased)
  • in a large skillet, saute the mushrooms, onions and red peppers in butter
  • stir in ham
  • spoon over the cheeze
  • In a bowl, combine the flour, eggs,milk , salt, pepper.
  • Pour over mixture, cover, and refriderate overnight
  • remove from the fridge 30 minutes before baking
  • Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes
  • let stand 5 mins
  • serve with crispy toast
