How to make it
- Season chops with black pepper then heat oil in nonstick skillet.
- Add chops and cook 10 minutes then remove chops from skillet and set aside.
- Add potatoes, onion and oregano then cook 5 minutes or until browned stirring occasionally.
- Add chops, broth and peppers then heat to a boil and cover and cook over low heat 10 minutes.
