How to make it

  • fry the onions on a frying pan.
  • In a sauce pan(on medium fire) ,place the milk and water in it and mix well till blended,
  • add the garlic,ginger and curry paste and mix well, add the the chicken stock and stir till it looks like one substance, put the pumkin,salt,pepper and herbs in and stir till thickens slightly.
  • leave it to cool for 8 minutes before serving.
