Rice Salad

- 2 cups raw rice, cook, cool, and rinsed shopping list
- 2 cups canned shrimp ,drained and risned shopping list
- 1 1/2 cup raw diced cauliflower shopping list
- 1/2 cup diced green pepper shopping list
- 1 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- 3 tsp. chopped onion, fined shopping list
- 2 tsp French dressing shopping list
- 2 tsp lemon shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. salt and pepper shopping list
How to make it
- In a large bowl mix together prepared rice, drained shrimp, diced cauliflower and diced green pepper.
- Then in a separate bowl blend together mayonnaise, French dressing, chopped onion, lemon juice, and seasonings.
- Add this to the rice mixture and chill for an hour or over night.
- Serve about ½ to ¾ cups scoops on a lettuce leaf.
- I like color, so I would add a tomato wedge to the side.
