How to make it

  • Blend all the ingredients in a blender until creamy
  • Eat it this way, or put it in an ice-cream maker or in the freezer until it has the consistency of ice cream.
  • Or, make an avocado/banana smoothie. Just add more soy milk and ice, then blend.
  • Or, use as topping on Avocado Cake
