Easy Fried Rice

- 5 cups rice (preferably cooled or leftover) shopping list
- 2 Tbsp vegetable oil shopping list
- 6 garlic shopping list
- 1/2 carrot shopping list
- 5 green onions (preferably the thin ones) shopping list
- salt shopping list
- pepper shopping list
- parsley shopping list
- bottled fried minced garlic. shopping list
How to make it
- Dice the carrot. very small cubes.
- Mince the green onions.
- Crush the garlics then mince.
- In a non-stick pan,put the vegetable oil.
- Add the garlic,carrot and green onion.Saute.
- Add the rice.
- Mix well.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- When serving, garnish with parsley and fried minced garlic on top.
- Goes perfectly well with anything fried and grilled. Enjoy!
