Black Rum Cherry Sauce

- * 2 cup Frozen cherries shopping list
- * 2 tbsp Splenda shopping list
- * 1/4 cup Black Seal rum shopping list
- * 1 medium apple Granny Smith apple shopping list
How to make it
- 1. Grate the apple.
- 2. In a medium saucepan, heat the apple, cherries and sugar over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes or until the sugar dissolves and the cherries release their juices. Remove from the heat and stir in the rum.
- 3. Return the sauce to medium heat and simmer for 3 minutes. Adapted from Harvest restaurant
