How to make it

  • PREHAET OVEN TO 220oC
  • BRING CREAM AND MILK TO BOIL ADD CHOCOLATE AWAY FROM HEAT
  • MIX TILL WARM ENOUGH TO ADD YOLK WITHOUT SPLITTING
  • POUR INTO CASE CAREFULLY PLACE IN HOT OVEN FOR 20 MINUTES (MAKING SURE YOU THEN TURN THE OVEN OFF!!!)
  • REMOVE FROM OVEN AND LEAVE TO COOL DUST WITH MY MOCHA DUSTING POWDER RECIPE FOUND ON MY TIRA-MISU RECIPE (COMMENTS PAGE)
