I love angelfood cakes....I love chopping them up and making trifles out of them... they are wonderful..

This sounds wonderful. What a lot of eggs, whow. What are Sweet Ones. ? Can I get them here in U.K.?

Have booked this in case

I think Sweet Ones are probably packets of artificial sweetener like Nutrasweet or Splenda. You should be able to find them.

Hey U 2 are right. it's sweetner. It's the only one out there that is "bakable" ..Research and see if it can be found in the UK, I'm sure something comprable can be found.
Regular Angelfood has several reg. eggs.. the whites make it better for you and makes the cake like a cloud. I make this for my diabetic friend and she doesn't feel left out at our girls get to gethers.
