Sour Cream Pancakes by Doug

- 1 1/3 cup flour, sifted shopping list
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 3 tbsp. butter or margerine, melted shopping list
- 1/2 c. sour cream shopping list
- 1 1/3 c. milk shopping list
- 1egg beaten shopping list
How to make it
- Sift the flour, baking soda and salt together.
- Combine the egg, milk and sour cream and mix well.
- Add to the dry ingredients and mix well.
- Stir in the melted margerine or butter.
- If you want an even lighter pancake, beat the egg white until it holds peaks and fold in gently at the very last.
- Bake the cakes on a hot griddle.
- Place on platter and serve with Margerine/Butter and favorite syrup over top.
