Cold N Creamy Tropical Smoothies

- 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks* shopping list
- 1 cup LAND O LAKES™ Half & Half shopping list
- 1 (11-ounce) can mandarin orange segments, drained shopping list
- 1 (6-ounce) container coconut-flavored yogurt or your favorite flavor yogurt shopping list
- 1 banana or mango, peeled, sliced shopping list
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime or lemon juice, if desired shopping list
- toasted coconut, if desired shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients except toasted coconut in 5-cup blender container. Cover; blend on High until smooth. Pour into 2 (16-ounce) glasses. Sprinkle with toasted coconut, if desired.
- VARIATIONS: Try adding a scoop of frozen yogurt or tropical sorbet for a dessert smoothie.
- Recipe Tip
- A variety of frozen fruit is available in the freezer section of the grocery store. You may substitute 2 cups of any frozen fruit blend for the pineapple. Frozen fruit makes smoothies creamy and icy cold and eliminates the need for ice cubes.
