- pinto beans shopping list
- chopped cilantro shopping list
- 1 chopped jalapeno shopping list
- 1.5 teaspoons smoked paprika shopping list
- 1 teaspoon cumin shopping list
- 2 tablespoons(approx) salt shopping list
- 2 tablespoons pepper shopping list
- 1 can enchilada sauce shopping list
- 3 tablespoons salsa shopping list
How to make it
- rinse your pinto and put in crockpot with water
- salt the water
- cook low and slow for about 5 hours
- add cilantro, jalapeno,paprika,cumin,salt, pepper, and salsa
- mix replace lid turn to high for 30 minutes
- add enchilda sauce it whatever mildness you prefer
- replace lid for another 30 minutes
- done.
- you may cook longer for thicker beans use less water
