How to make it

  • rinse your pinto and put in crockpot with water
  • salt the water
  • cook low and slow for about 5 hours
  • add cilantro, jalapeno,paprika,cumin,salt, pepper, and salsa
  • mix replace lid turn to high for 30 minutes
  • add enchilda sauce it whatever mildness you prefer
  • replace lid for another 30 minutes
  • done.
  • you may cook longer for thicker beans use less water
