Sweet Orange Salmon

Found on internet, Different kind of taste to salmon, we made with potatos, My family really liked this one
Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoons brown sugar shopping list
- 1 Teaspoon chili powder shopping list
- 1/2 Teaspoon Grated orange rind shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/4 ground coriander shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper shopping list
- 4 (6-ounce) salmon sillets shopping list
How to make it
- Combine first 8 ingredients in a small bowl. Rub spice mixture over both sides of salmon fillets. Place salmon on a broiler pan coated with cookin spray. Broil for 8 minutes or until salmon flakes easily when tested with a fork
