Slow cooker Vegetarian soup

- /2 a rib of celery chopped shopping list
- 1/2 onion chopped shopping list
- 2 clove garlic shopping list
- 1 tsp olive oil shopping list
- 1/2 potato chopped roughly shopping list
- 1 carrot chopped roughly shopping list
- 1/2 c green beans cut into 1″ shopping list
- 1/2 yellow squash - chopped roughly shopping list
- 1/2 c of marinara sauce (tomato basil) shopping list
- 3 c of vegetable broth shopping list
- 1 tbsp of basil leaf shopping list
- 1 tsp of oregano shopping list
- 3 tbsp of orzo pasta shopping list
- salt - to taste(since the marinara sauce will have salt adjust accordingly) shopping list
- black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- In a pan add olive oil and saute onion, garlic and celery for 1 min. Set the slow cooker on low for 4 hours. Add the onion mix; broth; marinara sauce; salt; pepper and all the vegetables except the squash. After 3 hours add the squash; pasta; oregano and basil and let it cook for 1 hour. Serve hot with garlic bread.
