Mince And Tatties 21st Century Style

- 500g Lean beef mince (browned and drained) shopping list
- 2 onions (1 Red,1 White Diced) shopping list
- 2 carrots (Diced) shopping list
- 4 beef stock cubes shopping list
- 1 Tbs tomato puree shopping list
- 1 Tsp garlic puree shopping list
- 1 Tbs dried parsley shopping list
- 1/2 Tsp celery salt shopping list
- Pinch of Chilli powder,onion powder and garlic powder. shopping list
- 700ml boiling water shopping list
- 1 Tbs olive oil shopping list
- salt & pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Season mince,brown and drain through sieve (put to one side)
- Heat Olive oil in a pan add onions,carrots and cook low to medium heat for 10 mins.
- Add both Tomato and Garlic puree and cook for a further 10 mins,
- Add stock cubes to 700ml boiling water and add to pot.Put the browned mince and all the rest of the ingredients,bring to the boil then simmer on a very low heat for 2 hours stirring occasionally.
- Enjoy with Mash potatoes (add 2 crushed Garlic cloves when boiling potatoes)
- Best served the next day
