Sweet And Sour Pork

- 1/2 Kilo pork shopping list
- 1 Tbsp sesame seed oil shopping list
- 5 pcs garlic (mince) shopping list
- 1 sweet onion (dice) shopping list
- 1 red bell pepper (dice) shopping list
- 1 yellow bell pepper (dice) shopping list
- 1 carrots (dice) shopping list
- 1 can pineapple Chunks shopping list
- 240 ml vinegar shopping list
- 12 Tbsp brown sugar shopping list
- 3 Tbsp tomato ketchup shopping list
- 3 Tsp soy sauce shopping list
- cornstarch Mixture A : 6 Tsp cornstarch dissolved in 18 Tsp of water. shopping list
- cornstarch Mixture B : 8 Tsp cornstarch dissolved in 8 Tsp soy sauce. shopping list
- salt shopping list
- cooking oil shopping list
How to make it
- Chop the pork into small pieces (but not too small).
- Boil the pork in water. Add Salt.
- Let it boil for 10 mins.
- Drain the pork and set aside.
- Prepare the Cornstarch Mixture B.
- Coat the pork with the cornstarch mixture B.
- Fry them until golden brown.
- Place the pork in a paper towel. Set Aside.
- In a pot, combine the vinegar,brown sugar,tomato ketchup and soy sauce.
- Prepare the Cornstarch mixture A.
- Heat the pot in the stove.Use only medium heat.
- Stir until the brown sugar are dissolved completely.
- Add the cornstarch mixture A.
- Stir until the sauce thickens.Set Aside.(Sweet and Sour Sauce)
- In a pan,Add teh Sesame seed oil.
- Saute the garlic and carrots.
- Add the onion,bell peppers and pineapple chunks.
- Add the fried pork.
- Mix well.
- Pour the Sweet and Sour Sauce.
- Simmer for 1 minute.
