How to make it

  • Chop the pork into small pieces (but not too small).
  • Boil the pork in water. Add Salt.
  • Let it boil for 10 mins.
  • Drain the pork and set aside.
  • Prepare the Cornstarch Mixture B.
  • Coat the pork with the cornstarch mixture B.
  • Fry them until golden brown.
  • Place the pork in a paper towel. Set Aside.
  • In a pot, combine the vinegar,brown sugar,tomato ketchup and soy sauce.
  • Prepare the Cornstarch mixture A.
  • Heat the pot in the stove.Use only medium heat.
  • Stir until the brown sugar are dissolved completely.
  • Add the cornstarch mixture A.
  • Stir until the sauce thickens.Set Aside.(Sweet and Sour Sauce)
  • In a pan,Add teh Sesame seed oil.
  • Saute the garlic and carrots.
  • Add the onion,bell peppers and pineapple chunks.
  • Add the fried pork.
  • Mix well.
  • Pour the Sweet and Sour Sauce.
  • Simmer for 1 minute.
