How to make it

  • Halve Watermelon and scoop out flesh in big scoops into a large resealable plastic bag.( Aim is to get as many bite size scoops as possible while conserving the shell.)
  • Cover over empty shell with cling film and refridgerate.
  • Slice chilli in half and remove seeds.
  • Chop half the chilli and add to watermelon pieces.
  • ( you only need a spike of chilli, not the burn)
  • Now add the tequila and seal the bag.
  • Shake and store in fridge to chill.
  • Just before your party, add allthe pieces and juice to the chilled watermelon shell.
  • Serve and enjoy
