Stuffed Cherry Peppers

- 24 fresh cherry peppers shopping list
- 1/2 lb. hard salami shopping list
- 1/2 lb. romano cheese (chunk to be grated) shopping list
- evoo shopping list
How to make it
- hollow out peppers
- cut salami into small pieces
- grate romano
- mix salami and romano
- stuff peppers with mixture
- drizzle the evoo over the peppers
- refrigerate for one week for flavors to meld
- serve at room temp
- enjoy
