  • hollow out peppers
  • cut salami into small pieces
  • grate romano
  • mix salami and romano
  • stuff peppers with mixture
  • drizzle the evoo over the peppers
  • refrigerate for one week for flavors to meld
  • serve at room temp
  • enjoy
