How to make it

  • Combine the first 6 ingredients in a large bowl. Mix in eggs and melted butter.
  • Roll into 1-inch balls. Heat oil in a heavy skillet over high heat. Fry balls in batches until golden brown, about 2 minutes. Drain on paper towels and serve warm
