Spinach and Bacon Balls

- 1 10 oz. package frozen, chopped spinach, cooked and squeezed dry shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups breadcrumbs shopping list
- 1/2 cup freshly grated parmigiano Reggiano cheese shopping list
- 1/4 cup bacon, cooked and crumbled shopping list
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder shopping list
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 1/4 cup melted butter shopping list
- oil for frying shopping list
How to make it
- Combine the first 6 ingredients in a large bowl. Mix in eggs and melted butter.
- Roll into 1-inch balls. Heat oil in a heavy skillet over high heat. Fry balls in batches until golden brown, about 2 minutes. Drain on paper towels and serve warm
