Cinnamon Spiced Bananas

Easy and delicious cinnamon bananas. Great over vanilla ice cream.
Ingredients
- 3 large bananas,sliced shopping list
- 3 tsp brown sugar shopping list
- 3/4 tsp vanilla extract shopping list
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon shopping list
- 1 Tbs butter shopping list
- 1 c reduced-fat vanilla ice cream shopping list
How to make it
- Place bananas in small microwave-safe bowl. Top with brown sugar,vanilla and cinnamon;dot with butter.
- Cover and microwave on high for 1-2 mins. or till sugar is melted,stirring once. Spoon banana mixture into bowls;top with ice cream. Serve immediately.
