How to make it

  • Heat a heavy pan. put all the ingredients except evaporated milk and saffron milk.
  • Cook on low heat till the mix starts browning. Keep on stirring the mix since it might stick to the pan.
  • Add evaporated milk and continue cooking till ghee specs start appearing on the surface.
  • Add the saffron milk and cook for another min.
  • Remove from heat and spread the mix on a greased bow/plate.
  • Serve at room temperature.
