How to make it

  • Prepare wild rice according to directions
  • In large bowl, whisk soup and mayonnaise
  • Add rice and chicken
  • Add chopped onion
  • Add pimientos
  • Add water chesnuts, if using
  • Add black pepper to taste
  • Pour into casserole
  • Sprinkle with paprika
  • Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes until bubbly
  • THIS RECIPE IS SO EASY TO DOUBLE
