Delicious Chicken Wild Rice Casserole

- 1 box Uncle Ben's wild rice (original, not quick cooking) shopping list
- 2 cups cooked chicken shopping list
- 1 can Campbell's Cream of celery or cream of chicken soup shopping list
- 2/3 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- 1 small onion, chopped shopping list
- 1 small jar pimientos (have used roasted red peppers) shopping list
- 1 can water chestnuts, chopped slightly (optional) shopping list
- black pepper to taste shopping list
- paprika shopping list
How to make it
- Prepare wild rice according to directions
- In large bowl, whisk soup and mayonnaise
- Add rice and chicken
- Add chopped onion
- Add pimientos
- Add water chesnuts, if using
- Add black pepper to taste
- Pour into casserole
- Sprinkle with paprika
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes until bubbly
