How to make it

  • Whisk the yoghurt in a bowl.
  • Add salt and mix it.
  • Remove the cucumber skin and grate the cucumber.
  • Add the cucumber and coriander to the yoghurt and mix.
  • Take oil in a pan. Once hot add the mustard and let it splutter. Then add the green chillies and cook for 1 min. Add the tempering to the yoghurt mix.
  • Serve with Biryani or any of the rice.
