- cornish hen - 1 (skin removed) shopping list
- For Marinating shopping list
- garam masala - 1 teaspoon shopping list
- lemon juice from one lemon shopping list
- tandoori chicken masala - 2 teaspoon shopping list
- chilli powder- 1 table spoon shopping list
- ginger garlic paste - 1.5 table spoon shopping list
- fennel seed powder - 1/2 teaspoon shopping list
- butter 1/4 stick shopping list
- salt to taste shopping list
- For Baking : shopping list
- onion shopping list
- butter1/4 stick shopping list
How to make it
- Wash the chicken thoroughly with water and pat dry with paper towel.
- Mix all the ingredients for marinating into a paste. Rub the paste over the chicken throughly and keep it in the refrigerator overnight or at least 6 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Place the chicken in a oven proof dish. Cover with aluminum foil.
- Bake for 30 mins on each side. (1 hour total)
- After 1 hour add sliced onion and butter chunks over the chicken and bake it for another 45 mins.
- Serve with Naan.
