TACO CORN BURGER PIE

Ingredients
- 1 c. all-purpose flour shopping list
- 1/4 c. cornmeal shopping list
- 1/2 c. chopped onion shopping list
- 1/2 c. butter shopping list
- 1/4 c. water shopping list
- FILLING: shopping list
- 1 lb. ground beef shopping list
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix shopping list
- 3/4 c. water shopping list
- 12 oz. can whole kernel corn shopping list
- 1 c. shredded lettuce shopping list
- 2 oz. shredded cheese shopping list
- 1 med. tomato, chopped shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oven to 375 degrees. Mix flour, cornmeal, onion; add butter, water and stir until dough holds together. Press in bottom and sides of large pie plate, ungreased. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until light brown. In large skillet brown beef, drain. Stir in taco seasoning mix, add 3/4 cup water and simmer 20 minutes until liquid is reduced. Stir in corn and cook until thoroughly heated. Spread in baked crust. Top with lettuce, cheese and tomatoes.
