Butter-Mushroom Stuffing

- 2 cups butter shopping list
- 2 cups chopped celery (stalks and leaves) shopping list
- 1 cup minced onion shopping list
- 3 cups fresh sliced mushrooms shopping list
- 14 cups dry bread cubes shopping list
- 1/4 cup chopped parsly shopping list
- 1 tablespoon sage shopping list
- 1 tablespoon salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon pepper shopping list
- 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning shopping list
How to make it
- Melt butter in a large heavy skillet. Add celery, onions and mushrooms; cook until onions are yellow, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in some bread cubes; repeat, stirring to prevent browning.
- Combine with remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Toss lightly. Cool and pack loosely into turkey.
