How to make it

  • Combine mushrooms and broth and bring to a boil and cook 5 mins
  • Reduce heat to a simmer and add the cheese and cream
  • Cook and stir to blend in the cheese
  • meanwhile cook shrimp i n boiling water until they turn red, about 5 mins
  • Drain shrimp, add to the soup, bring to a boil again, remove from heat and serve with a garnish of parsley
