How to make it

  • in a large bowl beat the eggs well
  • mix in cheeses,parsley.salt and pepper
  • gently add the macaroni
  • grease well an 8x12 baking dish and pour in the macaroni mixture
  • bake in a 325 pre - heated oven for 1 hr. or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
