How to make it

  • Wash the potatoes well. Do not peel them.
  • Slice the potatoes into thin rings.
  • Season with salt, pepper and sugar.
  • Toss in flour.
  • Heat the cooking oil in a pan. Fry the potatoes in batches until golden and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
  • Pour the Hoisin sauce into a large bowl.
  • Add the fried potatoes and toss gently to coat each piece well.
