Chilled Mango Lassi Soup

- 3 cups cubed fresh RIPE mango shopping list
- 2 cups vanilla yogurt shopping list
- 1/2 cup honey shopping list
- 3/4 cup milk shopping list
- Garnish: prepared granola, fresh mint sprigs shopping list
How to make it
- . In a blender, combine mango, yogurt, honey, and milk.
- Puree until mixture is very smooth.
- Refrigerate until well chilled, approximately 1 to 2 hours.
- . Garnish each serving with a sprinkle of prepared granola and a sprig of fresh mint.
- Serve cold.
